placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding
contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. Please contact A
& W Motors within 24 hours of auctions end by phone. Otherwise,
seller reserves right to sell vehicle at seller's discretion. We reserve
the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should
the item no longer be available for sale. A deposit of 10% must be
paid within 72 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance
must be paid within 7 days. Fee and Tax Information: buyers will be
charged a vehicle inventory tax (purchase price X .002516) and documentary
handling fees in the amount of $30.00. In addition to, Texas residents
will pay all state tax (purchase price X 6.25%), title fee ($13.00),
and license transfer fees if necessary. All out-of-state buyers are
responsible for paying sales tax in their home state. |
